TaterPot Return and Refund Policy

Hey there, TaterPot fam!

We want you to love your TaterPot goodies, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

You've got 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item should be unused, in its original condition, and packaging just like when it arrived.

Don't forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase!

Refunds

Once your return is in our hands, we'll give it a good look-over and let you know we've received it. We'll also update you on your refund status right after.

If everything checks out, we'll process your refund back to your credit card or original payment method. It might take a few days for the refund to show up, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You'll cover the return shipping costs, and these are non-refundable. If you get a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return Address

For items that are handled directly by us, we'll provide a return address once your return request is approved. For other items, we'll coordinate the return process to ensure it's smooth and hassle-free for you!
